Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Operate company vehicle as required. assist in the assembly, installation, maintenance and repair of beam pumPing units as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities

+ Operates company vehicle as required.

+ Perform the assembly, installation, maintenance and repair of Beam Pumping Units as assigned. Reports all non-conformance/quality issues and/or potential problems related to any product to the Supervisor.

+ May lead a job.

+ upervises and mentors Field Service Technicians I and II.

+ Evaluates/troubleshoots and makes decisions as required.

+ Executes LOTO Energy Isolation.

+ Writes the JSA processes.

+ Safely executes relevant SOPs.

+ Work towards achieving Level 1 Pumping Unit Services competency.

Qualifications

Experience & Education

+ Minimum 3-4 years related experience.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

+ Able to demonstrate field/shop competency.

+ Mechanical ability necessary to perform tasks.

+ Valid driver's license (where applicable).

+ Good oral and written communication skills.

+ Self-motivated, self starter.

+ Must be able to follow instructions.

+ Able to work closely with fellow employees.

+ Ability to demonstrate Level 2 competency.

+ Relevant oilfield product knowledge.

+ Mechanical ability necessary to perform job responsibilities.

+ DOT Certification as required.

+ The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
