Driver / Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: Daily transport / delivery of medicines to hospitals Preparing delivery notes and invoices for supply Preparing documents and handling shipment clearance in airport of destination (ambient and cold chain shipments) Filing and documenting clearance papers (hard and soft copies) Complete accountability for maintaining and arranging the warehouse Fulfill administrative needs as requested Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date Requirements: Manual driver\'s license with a minimum of one year is required. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Logistics / clearance agent experience is an advantage Hard working and team player who can work under pressure to meet strict deadlines Ability to interact with clients professionally at all times Excellent skill in using navigation applications to determine the best route Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Do you have a manual driving License?
- Do you have prior Pharmaceutical Experience?
- Do you have experience of clearing shipments from all UAE airports?
