Role Summary
The Driver is responsible for operating light-duty vehicles to transport medical items, documents, and supplies across healthcare locations in Dubai. The role requires strong route knowledge, compliance with safety procedures, accurate documentation, and coordination with operations and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Transport medical items between laboratories, clinics, and CSSD locations across Dubai
• Operate light-duty vehicles safely while following company policies and SOPs
• Check loading and unloading of items and obtain proof of delivery for every trip
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic checks to ensure roadworthiness
• Plan trips efficiently and follow assigned routes and schedules
• Maintain accurate records including trip logs, fuel usage, delivery notes, and incident reports
• Monitor fuel consumption and submit required documentation on time
• Maintain a damage-free delivery record and report incidents promptly
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and internal teams to support smooth logistics flow
• Uphold service quality, safety standards, and professional conduct at all times

Ideal Profile

• Valid UAE light vehicle driving license
• Proven delivery driving experience within Dubai is mandatory
• Experience in healthcare logistics, hospitals, clinics, or pharmacies is preferred
• Ability to manage documentation accurately and follow compliance requirements
• Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills
• Malayalam language skills preferred
• High school education or equivalent
