Job Description
Driving and Transportation:
Providing transportation for team members, clients, or materials.Team Supervision:
Overseeing and directing the work of a team of technicians, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.Soft Services Management:
Supervising tasks like cleaning, landscaping, pest control, or other soft services as needed.Compliance and Safety:
Ensuring that all operations adhere to safety regulations, client guidelines, and company policies.Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders, resolving issues, and managing conflict.Logistical Support:
Providing administrative support, such as scheduling, coordinating tasks, and maintaining records.Problem Solving:
