We are looking for a

Driver cum Purchasing Support

professional to assist our

procurement team

and handle

staff transportation

. The ideal candidate should have a

valid UAE driving license

, experience in procurement-related tasks, and familiarity with UAE roads and supplier locations.

Preference will be given to candidates

with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Transportation:

Pick up and drop off staff to and from project sites on time. Ensure safe and efficient transportation of employees as per the assigned schedule. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle.

Driving & Material Delivery:

Safely transport materials, equipment, and documents between suppliers, warehouses, and project sites. Ensure timely collection and delivery of materials as per project requirements.

Procurement Support:

Assist the procurement team in sourcing, collecting, and verifying materials from suppliers. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order pickups and deliveries. Ensure all invoices, receipts, and purchase documents are collected and submitted accurately. Support in negotiating prices and securing cost-effective deals from vendors.

Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license (Manual ,heavy vehicle)

2+ years of experience

as a driver with procurement or purchasing support duties.
Knowledge of UAE roads, suppliers, and MEP/construction materials.
Ability to communicate in

English and Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada

(preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
