Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a bus, ensuring the transportation of workers to and from construction sites, and other company locations. Ensure that the bus is well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working condition. Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and others on the road. Follow a set schedule and routes as directed by management. Assist in loading/unloading workers and materials as necessary. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service. Keep accurate logs of working hours and vehicle usage. Report any accidents, delays, or traffic violations immediately to management. Ensure the safety of all passengers by following safety protocols and procedures. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (UAE). Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bus Driver or similar role, preferably within the construction or transportation sector. Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations. Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus). Familiarity with Dubai roads and traffic patterns. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety. Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends when necessary. Physical ability to assist with loading/unloading when required. A clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience driving large vehicles or buses for construction companies or other large-scale projects. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
