Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide safe and timely transportation of musical instruments and equipment, while assisting in the installation, setup, and support of products at client locations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Duties

Safely operate company vehicle to transport musical instruments, equipment, and materials to various locations. Ensure timely delivery and pickup of instruments as per schedule. Maintain cleanliness, proper functioning, and basic upkeep of the vehicle. Follow all traffic rules, regulations, and company driving policies.

Installation & Helper Duties

Assist in the unloading, handling, and movement of instruments/equipment. Support technicians during installation, assembly, and setup of musical instruments at client sites (Home, events, studios, etc.). Ensure proper care and handling of delicate and high-value instruments. Assist in testing and checking equipment functionality after installation. Provide general assistance in warehouse/store operations when not on delivery or installation duty.

Other Duties

Coordinate with operations and installation teams for daily schedules. Report any issues related to deliveries, installations, or equipment to the supervisor. Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license ( Manual light driving license). Proven experience as a driver; knowledge of UAE roads and routes preferred. Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of instruments and equipment. Basic knowledge of tools, fixing, and assembly work is an advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required. Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude. Age - Should be below 35

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
