Your Role

Supervise and coordinate a small team of HealthHub drivers, ensuring efficient and safe transport of patients, staff, and materials
Personally drive light duty trucks or light vehicles (requiring a Code 3 UAE driving license) to various locations throughout the UAE
Check loading and unloading of vehicles as required, ensuring proof of delivery is obtained for every trip
Oversee daily vehicle inspections, trip planning, and adherence to company policies and SOPs
Monitor fuel consumption, trip logs, and ensure all documentation (trip sheets, fuel receipts, delivery orders, incident reports) is accurately maintained and submitted on time
Maintain a 100% damage-free record and report all incidents promptly
Provide coaching and support to drivers, fostering teamwork and time management
Liaise with the Operations Manager and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations
Uphold Al-Futtaim Health's standards of service, safety, and professionalism
