Job Description

Hiring for Drilling Engineer who will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing drilling operations safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

:

Plan, design, and oversee power distribution projects safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Provide real-time technical support during construction, commissioning, and operation of distribution systems. Monitor system performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with contractors, field teams, and stakeholders for smooth project execution. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and promote a strong HSE culture. Track project costs, optimize resources, and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement. Evaluate and manage vendors, equipment suppliers, and ensure quality assurance and contract compliance. Strong knowledge of distribution systems, protection & control, transformers, and switchgear.

Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor's in Electrical/Energy Engineering (Master's preferred) with 3-6 years' experience in power distribution. Strong knowledge of well design, drilling fluids, and directional drilling. Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
