Job Description

. Review Contract HSE requirements (MOA) based on audit / investigation recommendations / other initiatives

. Review and evaluate / qualify new HSE related equipment for rigs as per HSE MS Procedures / Standards as required

. Knowledge of inspection, maintenance, testing, certification etc requirements of the HSE related equipment in rigs as per HSE MS Procedures / Standards

. Communicate / coordinate with relevant KOC teams and rig Contractors as required for the necessary clarifications / changes pertaining to HSE Clauses / HSE Items as per Contract

. Perform Contractor's HSE performance process, criteria and Parameters through, KOC systems

. Compile and prepare reports / presentations on contractors HSE performance

. Coordinate with HSE Teams and Contractors for evaluation of Contractor HSE plans / HSE Procedures as required

Ability to - Participate as Task Force member as required.

. Participate / Lead / Support for HSE Inspection / Audits and handle related actions as required

. Participate / Lead / Coordinate for Incident Investigation / Analysis and handle related actions as required

. Assist in preparing for HSE Meetings / Workshops of KOC as required

. Ability to review the relevancy and share Incident Alerts / HSE Moments / Weekly HSE Incident / Other HSE information etc of KOC for information / lessons learning purpose

. Ability to review HSE Live and capture lessons learned if any from contract Point of view for improvement purpose

Advise / Support / Follow up / Track / Coordinate for the closure of Incident Investigation, audit recommendations applicable and other actions

. Ability to Advise / Support / Follow up / Track / Coordinate for the closure of actions

. Ability to use safety devices (Gas Detectors)
