Plan, controls the day-to-day equipment movement and activates including: Following up completion jobs, performance, identifying completion equipment requirements for standard, non-standard development, exploration & gas wells as reflected in the drilling bar chart , evaluating technical bids.
Job Specific Accountabilities
Plan all purchases contracts and contract change requests, prepare the scope of work.
Follows up the equipment at Drilling Base
Ensures the equipment and services are available and prepared for planned wells to be drilled
Prepare bi-annually the Down hole equipment allocation and advises all the concerned personnel accordingly. Reviews all standard & nonstandard equipment\'s full descriptions to ensure VAP\'s are continuously updated.
Monitors and analyses the work progress during drilling, well completions and work overs. Provide necessary instructions, advice and measures to be taken by the Drilling Supervisor to resolve problems and avoid delays in work schedule and to ensure that the requirements and the well objectives are achieved.
Forecast required Drilling & completion equipment on daily basis & follow up with stakeholders to ensure the required are available on time with the right quality in compliance with the approved drilling bar charts; thus, securing streamlined equipment to meet Drilling KPIs and avoiding costly standby of drilling Rigs and resources of the company.
Participates in completion design for standard, nonstandard and gas wells
Managing equipment allocations and dealing with continuous operational engineering changes
Plays a key role in cost optimization by implementing high professional standards and innovative ideas including but not limited to the optimization of the stock level.
Optimize the usage of equipment\'s in stock to achieve the Company primary goals.
Conduct feasibility study on the returned material & recommend their repair/refurbishment or scrap.
Administrate the Contracts.
Check budget and Drilling & Work over Schedule and ensures that enough funds area available for the completion of each well.
Verifies well expenditure proposals and monitors variance from plans. Provides material budget estimates for specific drilling operations as required and raises them to supervisor for review and approval.
Acts as a focal point between Rig-site and Main office for all DCE equipment issues.
Conduct/ coordinate technical evaluation process.
Acts as a focal point between Drilling and completion engineering team and procurement.
Prepares Material allocation plan [ MAP] as per the drilling bar chart.
Check AFE and ensures that enough funds area available for the completion of each well.
Participates in designing and/or confirming designs and specifications of completion and associated equipment.

Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices
Reports
Provide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Petroleum, Mining or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
5 years of experience in Drilling and workover operations, including advanced courses in Drilling/Completion/Directional Drilling and Blow Out prevention methods and well control certification
