Requirements:

Minimum 4 years' experience in interior fit-out and joinery, with proven experience in successfully completing high-end commercial projects in the UAE. Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a relevant technical field. Strong knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, finishes, and interior fit-out standards. Excellent drafting skills using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software for creating and modifying joinery and fit-out drawings. Experience in preparing detailed shop drawings, production drawings, and cutting lists. Familiarity with local authority requirements (DCD, ADCD, SCD, DEWA, SEWA, FEWA) is preferred. Experience with BIM software is an advantage. Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Strong portfolio showcasing previous joinery and interior fit-out works.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed joinery and fit-out shop drawings, including production drawings and cutting lists. Coordinate with design teams, project managers, and site engineers to ensure accurate execution on-site. Update drawings as needed based on site conditions and design changes. Ensure drawings meet industry standards and comply with client specifications. Assist the senior estimator with quantity take-offs and estimation when required. Resolve site-related drawing issues swiftly and efficiently. Prepare authority submission drawings and as-built drawings when required. Maintain accurate documentation including specifications, schedules, and technical reports. Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.
