We are looking for a Draughtsman who is highly skilled in AutoCAD and has experience in preparing technical drawings for elevator and escalator projects. In addition to drafting work, the candidate will also support the sales team by preparing sales offer drawings and technical documentation. This is an office-based role and does not involve outdoor or direct sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings, layout plans, and schematic diagrams using AutoCAD.
Review architectural and structural drawings to produce elevator/escalator drawings in line with project requirements.
Assist the sales team by preparing offer drawings and supporting technical documentation for proposals.
Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and timely submission of drawings.
Maintain organized records of all project drawings and revisions.
Ensure compliance with relevant technical standards and project specifications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Draughtsman, preferably in the elevator and escalator industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural/MEP drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
