Job Description

Job Title: Civil - Draughtman - Hospital Projects Experience Required - (1 Nos)



We are urgently seeking an experienced Civil Draughtsman with a strong background in large-scale hospital and healthcare construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and related design software.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and consistency.

Modify and update drawings in line with design revisions and site conditions.

Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Maintain organized records of drawing documentation, revisions, and approvals.

Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and material take-offs for project execution.

Requirements:



Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Civil Draughtsman, preferably in hospital or healthcare projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related drafting/design tools.

Strong understanding of technical drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.

Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet strict project deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
