We are looking for an AutoCAD Draughtsman with Fit-Out experience (civil and Joinery)
Job Responsibilities
:
Preparing shop drawings for Civil / architectural / joinery drawings.
Preparing the detailed tender package drawings.
Preparation of Various presentation drawings for meeting as per the requirement of Clients.
Preparing Authority approval drawings for Building Management, DM, DDA, DCD, Trakhees, Dewa etc.
Preparing Interior design detail drawings for execution.
Preparing as Built drawings.
Preparing Joinery requirements for Bespoke items.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Autocad draftsman, preferably in the UAE.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
Excellent technical skills in drafting, drawing production, and detailing.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate drawings.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with UAE building regulations and standards is preferred.
