MAZ CONSULTANTS ARCHITECTS AND ENGINERERS Consultancy is a leading provider of innovative architectural and engineering solutions in Dubai, specializing in residential & commercial projects. We are currently looking for a highly skilled Draftsman with expertise in AutoCAD and other Software, alongside experience in preparing and submitting drawings for authority approvals in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Technical Drawings in Cad: Develop accurate and detailed architectural and structural drawings using Cad, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local regulations. Authority Submissions: Manage the preparation and submission of drawings to various Dubai authorities, including but not limited to Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Trakhees, and RTA and DCD. Experience in Architectural, structural, MEP, DCD, telecom DRAWINGS. Coordinate with Design Teams: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers. Stay Updated on Regulations: Keep up to date with local authority regulations, codes, and submission requirements. Revise Drawings as Needed: Incorporate feedback from authorities and internal teams, making necessary adjustments drawings to secure timely approvals.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a draftsman/architect, with hands-on experience using Cad for authority submissions and project development. Knowledge of Authority Regulations: Understanding of the approval processes and requirements for DM, DDA, Trakhees, RTA, DCD and other local authorities. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in creating Cad models and drawings for authority approval. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Education: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field's
