Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD or relevant drafting software
Work closely with structural engineers to develop design layouts and shop drawings
Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, company standards, and project specifications
Revise and update drawings based on engineer feedback and site changes
Coordinate with architects and MEP teams to resolve any drawing conflicts
Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions
Support the project team during various stages from design to construction
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Structural Draughtsman in
high-rise or villa projects
Proficient in
AutoCAD
and structural drafting standards
Knowledge of
UAE building codes
and regulations is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Immediate availability
is highly preferred
