To assist in preparing accurate AutoCAD drawings and design layouts for traffic signs and related projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings for traffic signs, layouts, and related structures.
Interpret sketches, specifications, and design inputs from engineers/project leads.
Ensure drawings are prepared in line with industry standards and project guidelines.
Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation for project deliverables.
Assist project teams in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layouts.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other drafting staff for timely completion of projects.
Support in design modification and preparation of proposals for client approvals.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in all drafting outputs.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Drafting / CAD Design or relevant field.
0-2 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting (freshers with strong skills may apply).
Proficiency in AutoCAD (latest versions); knowledge of Plix add-ons preferred.
Basic understanding of traffic signs, road layouts, and design standards.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines.
