We are looking for Draftsman - Having Experience In Joinery, Fit out & Interior Works Only
Having Experience in AutoCAD, 3D and SketchUp software and can do 3D renders, graphic presentations and Hand sketches etc, Having Experience in Space planning and Prepares detailed/Shop working drawings of Civil/Joinery/MEP, designs, plans, models, material & mood boards. Prepare the material submittals to client, make BOQ's, and Quotations to the client and maintain records of approval and changes requested. Organizing and attending meetings relating to the project site/client/sub-contractors and present necessary reports and get Quotes. Coordinates program activities design to manage high-end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. from the conceptual stage through the life cycle of the projects. Can handle authority approvals of local agencies and Coordinate with them to obtain drawing approvals and Work Permits. To prepare and order Material Calculations and requisitions, LPO's to subcontractors etc

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
