Minimum
2 years of UAE experience
as a Draftsman in Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems.
Strong knowledge of
UAE Civil Defence regulations
and approval processes.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(2D & 3D preferred) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Draftsman
with expertise in
Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems
to join our MEP team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE Civil Defence requirements and MEP drafting standards, along with the ability to deliver high-quality drawings on time.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
detailed AutoCAD drawings
for Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and other MEP systems in compliance with UAE Civil Defence and NFPA standards.
Interpret project specifications, design plans, and technical data provided by engineers.
Revise and update drawings based on consultant, contractor, and client feedback.
Maintain drawing records, revision logs, and documentation for project submittals.
Coordinate with project engineers to ensure design accuracy and timely submission of shop drawings.
Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings for material estimation.
Provide support during Civil Defence approvals and inspections when required.
