Job Description

Job Title:

Civil Draftsman



Role Overview:



We are looking for a

Civil Draftsman

with strong experience in

Dubai authority submissions (DM/DDA)

and working knowledge of

interior fit-out drawings

. The candidate must be skilled in preparing accurate drawings for both

civil construction

and

interior design projects

.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed

civil drawings

, layouts, and structural plans

Create and manage

DM/DDA authority submission

drawings

Coordinate with site and design teams for drawing updates and revisions

Assist in

interior shop drawings

and

joinery detailing

as needed

Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with UAE regulations

Use AutoCAD and other drafting tools efficiently for both civil and interior tasks

What We're Looking For:



Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

as a Civil Draftsman

Strong knowledge of

Dubai Municipality (DM)

and

DDA

submission standards

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is a plus)

Familiar with

interior drawings

, including joinery and shop drawings

Good communication and coordination skills

Can handle

both civil and interior design drafting work
