Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

Draftsman

to join our technical team. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing

2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed design documentation

to support our design and installation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting skills, and experience in construction/engineering-related drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate

2D drawings and 3D models

for window cleaning and facade access systems. Convert design concepts into

technical drawings

for approval and execution. Coordinate with the design and engineering team to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards. Prepare

shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings

. Review and revise drawings based on

client and consultant feedback

. Maintain proper documentation of all drawings and revisions. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in

Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

. Proven experience as a

Draftsman (2D & 3D)

in construction, facade, mechanical, or related industry. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other 3D modeling software

. Knowledge of

structural and mechanical drawings

preferred. Ability to read and interpret

architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in

facade access systems, BMUs, or window cleaning equipment

is a strong advantage. UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
