Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Draftsman to support its waterproofing projects in Dubai. The role involves preparing precise technical drawings, coordinating with engineers and architects, and ensuring all plans comply with industry standards, building codes, and client requirements.

What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, layout plans, and technical schematics for waterproofing systems using CAD software such as AutoCAD
• Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to ensure drawings meet project specifications and codes
• Conduct material take-offs from drawings to support procurement and execution teams
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders
• Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and technical revisions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations for waterproofing applications

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven drafting experience in waterproofing or insulation companies within the GCC
• Proficiency in CAD software, especially AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and building codes
• Ability to interpret engineering and architectural specifications accurately
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and technical documentation skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
