Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a company providing a comprehensive range of architecture products in the UAE. Our client is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with expertise in Revit and BIM (Building Information Modeling) to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and drafting stone and marble fittings, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating precise shop drawings, coordinating with on-site teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed Revit & BIM models for stone and marble fitting projects.- Produce high-quality shop drawings, material take-offs, and technical documentation.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy.- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and resolve design discrepancies.- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements.- Assist in project coordination, including clash detection and design optimization.- Maintain organized project files and documentation for future reference.Requirements- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting Technology. - Experience in interior fit-out, facade detailing, or luxury stone/marble works.- Proficiency in Revit, BIM software (Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, etc.) - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in stone/marble fitting design- Strong knowledge of shop drawings, material specifications, and construction detailing.- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Portfolio showcasing previous stone/marble projects is mandatory.- Familiarity with 3D rendering software (e.g., Enscape, Lumion) is a plus.Benefits- Competitive salary + Benefits - Opportunity to work on high-profile projects in Abu Dhabi. - Professional growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
