Responsibilities:

Handle complex designing and drafting assignments under minimal supervision.
Prepare assembly and detail drawings on the basis of the information and instruction provided.
Create shop drawings and drawing review for the preparation of FLS (Fire and Life Safety) for Civil Defense approval.
Create As-Built drawings and design drawings in Fire alarm system, Emergency lights, and Fire Protection System in compliance for Civil Defense approval.
Mapping, Creating and Conducting field survey for ERP (Escape & Rescue Plan) to verify locations of firefighting equipment (such as fire extinguisher, fire hose reel, manual call points, first aid box, & etc.) for every building category and assess all possibilities of escape routes, emergency exits, and assembly points, using AutoCAD and REVIT that are in compliance with UAE Fire and Life Safety Code of Practice and in accordance with the standards of Civil Defense, NFPA Codes, and ISO Standards.
Assisting with Building inspections, when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Architecture.
Well versed with REVIT Architectural features and its tools is a must.
Ability to set up a working project and manage all parametric conditions inside Revit, create architectural layout using Revit, understand, and view templates and its applications, creating 2d and 3d view from a model, creating multiple sheets with multiple view, knowing how to import (insert) external file such as jpg, Auto cad files, and PDF to Revit for digitizing proposes.
Possess speed and accuracy when operating the Revit and its tools.
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD software 2D & 3D.
