We are urgently hiring for Joinery Industry experienced Draftsman - Pytha Certified to be part of our growing team. The designer will be responsible for the designing of Fit out projects as assigned including liaising with the clients and other departments. Experience: 8-12 years CAD draftsman that is well versed in CAD and CAM operations. The company is a joinery/carpentry based in Dubai and produces wood products. We do both joinery fit-out and FF&E products. The candidate must be well versed with PYTHA and must be able to work independently. The candidate must create items from information provided and must then be able to create programs for CAM production. Preferred if candidate has experience with SCM Maestro. Key responsibilities includes, but not limited to; o Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D Plans o Shop drawing detailed shop drawing for mainly joinery & interior fit out. o Prepare free hand section details for site people. o Prepare and draw shop drawings as per site conditions and as per BOQ. o Prepare shop drawings for joinery items for submittal to consultants/clients for approval. To be successful on this role, we seek below requirements as mandatory: o 8-12 years' experience within a Joinery industry is a must. o Bachelors in Architecture o Knowledge in Interior Designing/Joinery/ Fit Out Industry. o Self-reliance & ability in AutoCAD, and Microsoft office o Design knowledge for Safety & Aesthetics, follow UAE Authority Guidelines o General Knowledge of the interior fit out/joinery industry o Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications Suppliers & Materials is a must o Excellent English language skills - Verbal, written and spoken Job Location - Dubai Salary - TBD Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
