. We are seeking a talented and detail-orientedDraftsman
to join our team to prepare accurate design drawings, BOQs, and conduct site surveys for our ongoing and upcoming projects.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
AutoCAD drawings
forhome automation
,MEP
, andELV
systems. Conductsite surveys
to collect data and measurements for design layouts. Prepare and verifyBills of Quantities (BOQ)
based on design and material requirements. Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet client and project specifications. Developas-built drawings
after project completion. Update and maintain drawing documentation and version control. Support the design and estimation team with layout and wiring diagrams for automation and control systems.Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a Draftsman inMEP / ELV / Home Automation
projects. Proficient inAutoCAD
andMS Office
(especially Excel). Strong knowledge ofHome Automation Systems
(KNX, Control4, Lutron, GRMS, or similar). Understanding ofELV systems
(CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Audio-Video, etc.). Ability to performquantity take-offs
and prepare BOQs accurately. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
