Key Responsibilities
Prepare concept and design drawings in discussion with clients
Develop shop drawings based on approved designs
Coordinate with clients regarding drawing requirements
Draft soft and hard landscape plans, including setting out levels and coordinates
Draft longitudinal sections, quantities, and irrigation layouts (mainline, sprayers, sprinklers, drip systems)
Prepare as-built drawings for project handover
Draft NOC drawings for municipal approvals and asphalt removal plans
Prepare structural details for swimming pools and artificial streams
Draft detailed drawings for specialized landscaping elements
Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate design changes
Assist in design development and decoration
Supervise preparation of proposal and general arrangement drawings
Prepare pre-concept landscape designs for client proposals
Ensure all drawings are delivered on time, meeting specifications and scope of work
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a Draughtsman in landscaping projects
Strong knowledge of
softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and structural landscaping elements
Proficiency in
AutoCAD and other drafting software
Ability to interpret client requirements and convert them into detailed drawings
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
