Draftsman – Interior Fit Out

Job Description
:
We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to prepare technical drawings, 3D renders, and shop drawings for interior fit-out projects while ensuring compliance with design and authority standards.
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Knowledge of 3D rendering software.
Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
Experience in interior fit-out or architectural drafting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed CAD drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Create 3D renders using SketchUp, V-Ray, and other rendering tools.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and authority requirements (DM, DCD).
Coordinate with sub consultants and sub-contractors to prepare detail drawings (Architectural and MEP).
Update drawings based on site conditions and client feedback.
Conduct site visits to verify actual conditions.
