We are looking for an experienced Draftsman with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for producing precise technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
shop drawings and joinery drawings
for interior fit-out projects. DevelopMEP coordination drawings
in line with architectural and interior layouts. Interpretdesign intent drawings
into accurate technical/shop drawings. Work closely withdesigners, project managers, and site engineers
to ensure drawings are aligned with project execution. Revise and update drawings as perclient/consultant/site feedback
. Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for easy retrieval. Ensure all drawings comply withlocal authority standards
and project specifications. Prepare accurateas-built drawings
after project completion. Assist site teams by providingtechnical support and clarifications
.Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
2-5 years of proven UAE experience
as a Draftsman in interior fit-out projects. Strong proficiency inAutoCAD
(mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D software is an advantage. Sound knowledge ofjoinery details, interior finishes, and fit-out materials
. Ability to preparedetailed section drawings and construction details
. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Good communication and coordination skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
