Draftsman (interior Fit Out)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman (Fit-out) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed shop drawings and plans using AutoCAD software to support our engineering, architectural, or construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings based on design specifications and requirements.
Review and revise drawings to meet project standards and specifications.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate representation of design concepts.
Maintain and update project documentation and drawing records.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Assist in preparing material take-offs and cost estimates when needed.
Requirements:
Proven minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Draftsman (Fit-out).
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and other drafting software.
Strong understanding of engineering, architectural, or construction principles.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
