Job Description
To prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed CAD drawings for infrastructure works including roads, utilities, drainage, and earthworks. Interpret and translate design sketches, specifications, and civil engineering data into technical drawings. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness. Maintain drawing records and ensure timely updates as per design revisions and site conditions. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation for project handover. Ensure compliance with local regulations, project standards, and Sobha PMC's quality protocols. Support site teams with technical drawing clarifications and modifications.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting for infrastructure projects, preferably within the UAE. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant drafting software. Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts and infrastructure design standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working with large-scale infrastructure developments. Familiarity with UAE municipal standards and approval processes. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
