Draftsman
to join our team and support our growing portfolio of innovative interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
shop drawings
,
as-built drawings
, and
technical layouts
for gypsum ceilings, partitions, joinery, and interior fit-out works.
Convert concepts, sketches, and site measurements into accurate CAD drawings.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawings adhere to project requirements.
Review and update drawings in line with design changes or site conditions.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company specifications.
Maintain drawing logs, revision records, and documentation.
Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation as needed.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD
(essential); knowledge of Plant swift, Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting tools is a plus.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
Gypsum & Interior Fit-Out
drafting.
Strong understanding of gypsum ceiling systems, partition details, joinery elements, and interior finishing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
