Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Draftsman (Fit-out & joinery)

with solid experience in

designing and costing wardrobes and kitchens

. This role requires strong technical drawing abilities, precise estimation skills, and a practical understanding of interior joinery and cabinetry solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

AutoCAD

for both design and costing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate technical drawings and 3D models & renders of wardrobes, kitchens, and custom joinery elements using 3D max, Revit or any other relevant software. Interpret architectural and interior design plans to prepare detailed shop drawings and material specifications. Prepare and manage cost estimates, including material take-offs, labor, and installation pricing. Collaborate closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure design feasibility and budget alignment. Revise drawings and estimates based on client feedback or project changes. Maintain drawing and costing databases to ensure efficiency and consistency across projects. Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry best practices.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Do you have work experience in the UAE? o Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of 3D max and other relevant design software is a plus. Strong understanding of joinery materials, fittings, and construction methods. Demonstrated experience preparing accurate BOQs and cost sheets. Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
