Description

Knowledgeable in Interior Designing/ Fit Out Industry
Proficient in the following software: AutoCAD, Sketch-up, 3D Max Vray, MS Office, Revit
Must have the knowledge to produce Full Architectural & Interior Detail Drawings for Authorities Submission.
Should be able to make all drawings for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Submission & Approvals with minimum supervision
Can prepare Bill of Quantities and Specifications based on plans
Can work on very tight schedule to meet deadline submissions, if necessary
Good drawing skills, including perspective drawing and spatial awareness;
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
Organizational and Creative Problem- Solving skills;
The ability to work in a team with other professionals;
Design and Create solutions (Sketches, Plans & Specifications);
Creative in designing interior space, 2D and 3D designing;
Full knowledge of producing full set of drawings in CAD along with shop drawings & detailing
