Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
detailed CAD drawings
for interior fit-out projects, including joinery, MEP coordination, and furniture layouts. Work closely with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate execution of designs. Modify and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback. Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and client specifications. Conduct site visits to take measurements and verify as-built conditions when necessary. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for technical details.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years
of experience as a Draftsman in aninterior fit-out company
. Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software
. Strong understanding of joinery, furniture detailing, and MEP coordination. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. UAE experience preferred.What We Offer:
