The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating precise technical drawings related to our service operations, including drainage systems, grease trap installations, water tanks, duct layouts, and other infrastructure elements. She will work closely with our operations to ensure all drawings meet site-specific requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed CAD drawings for grease trap systems, drainage lines, water tanks, and other relevant service areas.
Update as-built drawings based on site changes and actual conditions.
Coordinate with the operations and field teams to understand site requirements and translate them into accurate technical documents.
Maintain drawing archives and ensure all documents are version-controlled.
Assist in preparing schematic diagrams and layout designs for projects, proposals, and client submissions.
Conduct site visits when required to take measurements or verify existing systems.
Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory standards.
Support estimation and project teams with technical documentation and visuals.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
2-4 years of relevant experience in drafting, preferably in cleaning, waste management, or MEP services.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
; knowledge of
Revit
or other design software is a plus.
Familiarity with grease traps, drainage systems, tank layouts, and MEP components is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills in English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
