Job Description
DAVID TKINT Studio is looking for an Interior Design Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. Professional experience
- Knowledgeable in Architectural Drawings (Layouts, Elevation and Architecture Details)
- AUTOCAD 2D & 3D (Shop drawing experience)
- Preparing Presentation Drawings in AutoCAD.
- Preparing Shop Drawings of Plan, Section & Elevation Drawings, Detailed Drawings and Production Drawings.
- Preparing As-Built Drawings.
- Skilled based on drawings to calculate quantities for preparing BOQ's
- Knowledgeable in Interior Designing/ Fit Out Industry
- Proficient in the following software: AutoCAD, Sketch-up, 3D Max Vray, MS Office, Revit
- Can work on very tight schedule to meet deadline submissions, if necessary
- Good drawing skills, including perspective drawing and spatial awareness;
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
- The ability to work in a team with other professionals;
- Confer with the Senior Project Manager on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
