Job Title: Draftsman

Responsibilities:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPrepare Shop Drawings as per the instruction of Planning Manager/ Project Manager within the time given
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fMaintain the List of prepared Drawings with details of Drawing Title. No., Revision status and date.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPrepare the BOQ from the contract drawing and quantity
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPrepare and compare the existing service drawing with proposed route drawing
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPrepare TP details submit to the authorities
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPrepare the as built drawing
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPrepare the cover level with road profile for the joint boxes
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPrepare drawings for various purposes such as Setting out, Traffic Diversion, NOC etc., as per the requirements of concerned service Authorities
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPrepare chamber shop drawing
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fMaintain the List of prepared Drawings with details of Drawing Title. No., Revision status and date.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fAssign Reference Numbers for Drawings in the agreed method and sign off as per the requirement
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fAlways mention in the drawing the purpose of use when issuing drawings for Checking and Marking additional details to be incorporated, mark it with \xe2\x80\x9cDraft Copy\xe2\x80\x9d for easy identification.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fDestroy/ remove drawings, which are superseded while checking.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPrepare shop drawings by referring only the latest contract drawings issued by the concerned.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fReturn all superseded drawings as per company procedure.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fFollow a common data entry file system to store all shop drawings/ data prepared in the project.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fKeep electronic backups for all data prepared on weekly basis.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fFully understand the Quality policy and Objectives of the Company and of the Project.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fUnderstand the Company quality System and requirements. Be a member of the project Team and offer the best support to achieve the Goal- Timely completion of the project with cost effective.

Specifications:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPreferred Age: 30
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fMinimum Qualifications: Civil Engineer/ B.E. or Diploma
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fExperience: 5 Years

Desired Skills:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould have worked in works Related to Etisalat/du OSP works in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould be able to read and interpret Utility Drawings, corridors & service cross sections
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fU.A.E Driving License Mandatory.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fHands on Experience in latest version of AutoCAD
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fHave knowledge with Survey
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fSpoken Arabic and knowledge of BIM and other drafting softwares an added advantage.
