Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural, interior, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD (and/or other drafting software).
Modify and revise drawings as per project requirements or authority comments.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams for accurate drawings.
Visit project sites regularly to monitor work progress as per approved drawings and standards.
Supervise on-site work to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution.
Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams on site-related matters.
Handle minor technical issues on-site and report to the project engineer/manager.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings and final documentation.
Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and site reports.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools is a plus.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local authority standards.
Ability to multitask & meet deadlines
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
UAE driving license preferred (if site mobility is needed).
