Review architectural & structural drawings and convert them into
manufacturing/installation-ready details

Coordinate with engineers, production team, and project managers for drawing approvals.
Supervise
site installation of GRC & GRP elements
ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
Manage and guide site workers and subcontractors effectively.
Conduct
site measurements, inspections, and progress reports
.
Maintain drawing records, revisions, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Troubleshoot site-related issues and provide technical support.
Ensure compliance with
HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
standards at all times.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architecture/Quantity survey and BOQ preparation
3-5 years of experience
in AutoCAD drafting and/or site supervision (preferably in GRC/GRP or construction industry).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD (2D/3D)
and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of architectural & structural drawings.
Strong
site management, leadership, and coordination skills
.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
Good communication in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
