Responsibilities:

Coordinate with departments within the organization to clarify project estimating questions
Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Preparation of bill of quantities, estimating and cost control
Managing a full tender process
Managing and supervising tender/quantity surveyor department, planning and programming workload
Coordinate with the production department

Experience requirements:

Minimum of 3 or more years experience in fit out and joinery works in U.A.E.
Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD and 3D Visualizations
Good Knowledge of the Fit Out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in local market & overseas.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
