Job Description

Job Title: Draftsman cum Estimation
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed and accurate

cost estimates

for commercial, residentials, Interior materials glass, projects villas, factoring in materials, labor, and overheads. Create

technical drawings and shop drawings

using AutoCAD based on project specifications. Collaborate with

clients, architects, consultants

, and project managers to understand the project scope and ensure estimates and drawings align with expectations. Evaluate

site conditions

, client requirements, and project documents to develop precise cost analysis. Liaise with

suppliers

to obtain competitive quotes and ensure material availability and pricing accuracy. Ensure all designs comply with

UAE safety regulations

,

building codes

, and

quality standards

. Assist in preparing

bids, proposals, and tender documents

to support business development

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in a similar role within the

glass industry

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

; knowledge of other design tools is a plus. Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with

glass partition systems

, hardware, and materials. Excellent

communication and coordination skills

.
