ONLY MALE CANDIDATES

Drafting and Design:

- Prepare detailed shop drawings for interior decoration and fit-out projects.

- Develop technical drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and other design software.

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure designs are accurately translated into technical drawings.

- Review and revise drawings based on project specifications, client feedback, and site conditions.

- 3D design skills (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software) are a plus.

Estimation:

- Prepare precise cost estimations from shop drawings and client-provided details.

- Work closely with the project team to ensure estimates align with project budgets and timelines.

Coordination and Support:

- Coordinate with site teams and contractors to provide accurate measurements and technical support.

- Ensure all drawings and plans comply with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.

- Maintain organized project documentation and records for future reference.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in the interior design or fit-out industry.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

- Strong understanding of technical drawings, detailing, and space planning.

- Experience in wooden joinery drafting is a plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
