This role supports villa, residential, and commercial project drawings with accurate quantity take-offs and cost-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
AutoCAD drawings
, layouts, elevations, and technical plans
Create
BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
, material take-offs, and quantity calculations
Assist in
cost estimation
for construction & fit-out projects
Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and project managers
Update drawings based on revisions, site changes, and authority requirements
Support
tender documentation
, technical submissions, and project budgeting
Maintain accuracy, scale, and drafting standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years UAE experience
in drafting (construction / fit-out preferred)
Strong skills in
AutoCAD
(Revit/BIM is a plus)
Mandatory BOQ & estimation background
Understanding of
materials, finishes, and construction processes
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Good communication skills
