Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural and interior fit-out drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) for design and construction.
Develop accurate shop drawings for joinery, partitions, ceilings, finishes, etc.
Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet specifications and client requirements.
Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.
Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and company guidelines.
Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.
Support the team in site measurements and as-built drawings when required.
Collaborate with suppliers or subcontractors to ensure technical feasibility.
