Key Responsibilities:
Design Development (2D):
Prepare technical 2D drawings for glass partitions, balustrades, doors, shower enclosures, skylights, canopies, and facades.
Ensure compliance with glass safety standards, load-bearing specs, and building codes.
Create shop drawings and installation layouts for production and site use.
Collaborate with engineers to prepare structural detailing for glass fittings and metal supports.
3D Visualization & Presentation:
Produce high-quality 3D renderings showcasing how glass elements will appear in interior and exterior environments.
Use tools like 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion to demonstrate reflections, transparency, and materiality.
Create walkthrough animations or client presentations with a focus on glass aesthetics.
Material Selection & Specifications:
Recommend appropriate glass types: tempered, laminated, tinted, frosted, smart glass, etc.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and specification sheets for glass and accessories.
Client & Project Coordination:
Interpret client briefs and translate them into glass-focused design solutions.
Work closely with fabrication teams, project managers, and installers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Attend site visits to measure and modify drawings as needed.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
