Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman & 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, detailed design documents, and high-quality 3D visualizations for a wide range of architectural and interior projects. This role requires both technical precision and creative visualization skills, with a strong background in working within engineering consultancy and interior design offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop precise AutoCAD drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed layouts. Prepare and coordinate lighting, ceiling, wall, electrical, and finishing drawings. Produce detailed construction and shop drawings according to project requirements and standards. Work closely with architects, engineers, and interior designers to ensure technical accuracy and design intent. Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for interior and exterior projects using 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona. Assist in preparing presentations, diagrams, and visual materials to support client meetings. Ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and project guidelines. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from consultants and design leads. Contribute to the development of innovative and practical design solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Draftsman and/or 3D Visualizer in an architectural consultancy or interior design firm. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailed technical drawings. Expertise in 3ds Max and rendering engines (V-Ray / Corona) for realistic visualizations. Additional skills in Photoshop, Lumion, Revit, or After Effects are a plus. Solid knowledge of construction details, finishing materials, and interior fit-out drawings. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
