Job Title: Draftsman (Design)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Create detailed and accurate 2D/3D technical drawings, layouts, and visualizations.
Produce high-quality photorealistic 3D renders and animation walkthroughs.
Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure drawings align with project requirements and design intent.
Assist in space planning, conceptual design development, and construction documentation.
Interpret architectural and interior design plans for retail, commercial, and residential projects.
Maintain organized project files and revisions as per company standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Draftsman in architecture and interior design (preferably 3+ years).
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), and 3D rendering tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, or equivalent.
Experience with animation and visualization software for architectural walkthroughs.
Strong portfolio showcasing architectural, interior, and retail design drawings and renders.
Ability to read and understand architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailing.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
