JD :
Monitor and maintain Data
Protection & Backup systems
Perform capacity planning, data
tiering, and Data Protection & Backup optimization tasks.
Assist in data migration,
archiving, and retention activities.
Ensure data availability,
integrity, and backup/recovery processes.
Support incident resolution and
escalate complex Data Protection & Backup issues to L3.
Apply security policies and
access controls on file and object data.
Document configurations,
changes, and standard procedures.
Collaborate with application
and infrastructure teams on data-related needs.
Mentor support staff, advise on
best practices, and drive process improvements.
Participate in TARB committee
as needed
